DS "Union Flag" 

The Conservative Party Conference 2016 took place in Birmingham from Sunday, October 2 to Wednesday, October 5. The conference was held at Birmingham's International Convention Centre and the nearby Hyatt Regency Hotel.   An Instant Smilers facility was provided by Royal Mail using a single label design to promote the Smilers product.

 Subsequently these half sheets were sold at various outlets including via eBay by philatelic dealers. They were provided in distinctive red folders Celebrating the 500 Years of Royal Mail the logo for which was used as the label design.

DS "Scottish Saltire Flag" 

The SNP Annual National Conference took place between 13-15 October 2016 at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) in Glasgow.  At that event an Instant Smilers facility was provided by Royal Mail and two different designs of labels were used by Royal Mail to promote the Smilers product.
